Perfect location to take advantage of all the beauty and activites offered in the area. Only 3 miles south of Suttons Bay, a short drive to Traverse, and close to the Leelanau Trail, award winning golf course, wineries and beautiful beaches. Renters will not have access to our backyard and waterfront area.

The suite is stocked with several amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a welcome bottle of local wine and goodies.

Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Enjoy a quick bike ride into town to access the Leelanau trail. Visit nearby orchards, wineries, Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes/National Lakeshore.

With a private deck, direct water access, and an ideal location near Suttons Bay, wineries, dining, and Traverse City, it offers an easy and relaxing Northern Michigan escape. Getting to water and dock may be an issue for guests with mobility issues please be advised. Road noise is possible at certain times through out the day .

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
