Churpon 3 is nestled in a reserved village (25 kms from Leh) amidst fields of barley and trees of apricot with the giant Stok range overlooking the valley. The landmark barely scratches the surface, one can witness flora and fauna grow as wild as nature intended. There are clear skies as far as the eyes can see, and the organic produce is as rich as it is delicious. The silence is occasionally broken by the chirping of the exotic birds. It is idyllic for travelers looking for a relaxing getaway.

15 kms from leh Airport. Located in a newly developing farm. You have all the peace and privacy you need with a vantage view of leh city from the property which is on the opposite side of river indus . It has a functional kitchen a fire pit and an outdoor bar. Travelling time from leh city to the property is 20-30 mins, depending on traffic. The property has a storage room cum indoor parking place for one car. It has a green house and a garden with plantation. It is still a work in progress.

You won’t want to leave this central yet quiet farm house, located just next to tissuru stupa and just a lesiurely walk from Shanti stupa. The house has a commanding view of the whole leh town. We welcome guests/ families who prefer some local cultural experience. Perfect place of you are driving into leh and want some peace and quiet. Additionally there are Doctors on the property which sometimes is important at this high altitude place.

Our place is close to Nature, Just 1.4 kms from the city centre at a very quite and serene location with a stream passing by adding to the overall beauty of the place. The majestic Shanti Stupa, Sankar Monestary, Leh Palace, Leh Market and the ancient Tisuru caves are within walking distance. We have a small kitchen garden which is completely organic! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Our stay is near the village of Sumur. Away from the usual hustle in the sand dunes of Hunder. The interiors are carefully handcrafted and a sight to behold. Quite secluded but homely. You will get simple home-cooked food, with seasonal vegetables plucked straight from our farm at times. Simple vegetarian breakfast and dinner are included. Heating charges extra during the winter months.
