Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs. Ensuite bathroom Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower. Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. We are situated on a quiet lane with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains including Lugnaquilla and Kaideen, an ideal place for mountain walking, just outside Rathdangan Village. We are just 15 minutes from Baltinglass for a great variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. We are about 30 minutes from Ballybeg wedding venue, and 40 minutes from Glendalough We recommend that you have a mode of transport as we are located in a rural area.
