La casa è immersa nel verde delle colline liguri della Val Fontanabuona, a 20 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge di Chiavari e Lavagna. Si può raggiungere anche facilmente la Val d'Aveto per escursioni. L' alloggio si trova al piano terra di un villino bifamiliare ed è costituito da: un ampio salone con due poltrone letto e un divano letto, una grande cucina, un bagno e una bella terrazza. Appartamento situato in zona tranquilla, immerso nella natura a pochi minuti dalla famosa Piazzetta di Portofino e dal Castello Brown. Dotato di ogni comfort, per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole.
