Plenty of room on the dock for your boat, or rent my pontoon ($800/wk, $200/day) or enjoy complimentary use of the kayaks. My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family

The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door. It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway (3608 ft). Perfect for fly-in/fly-out guests, or if you just want to sit on the back balcony or by the fire pit and watch planes take off and land. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

Historic Firehouse turned Modern Home in Riga, MI

This solid concrete tiny home was once this ghost town's fire house! It's been sensibly converted and turned into a stylish and comfortable living space. Despite being solidly out in the country, it's a quick drive to Blissfield and Adrian, or even Ann Arbor or Toledo. There's a small and peaceful outdoor seating area, combo washer/dryer, full kitchen, and multiple televisions. The home has an EV Charger, and a Tavern Next door, set to open soon!

Glad to see that you will be visiting our cabin! It is a serene and charming step away from the busy world. Information on hiking trails, local events, and eateries in the area are listed in the cabin. A grill is available, and also on the deck is a clawfoot bathtub and outside shower (closed now because of colder weather!) There is a shower in the cabin, too. Be sure to be on the lookout for the wildlife in the area!!
