Site içinde yer alan 4 katlı villanın, bahçe katındaki, deniz manzaralı daire denize 150 metre, 2 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesindedir. Dairede tam ekipmanlı mutfak ve banyo bulunmakta, yatak odasında çift kişilik yatak yer almakta ve oturma odasındaki kanepeler de yatak olarak kullanılabilmektedir. Kanepelerin açık hali fotoğraflarda yer almaktadır. Dairenin bahçe katından ayrı girişi vardır. Mutfaktan bahçeye geçilmektedir ve bahçe yemeklerde kullanılabilir. Ev sahibi mangal tedarik etmektedir.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

MyWayCunda Krete

Our house on Alibey (Cunda) Island has been designed in keeping with the island’s architectural style. The villa-style property staying features a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the upper floor, each has own bathroom. The beds can be arranged as single or double. Hot water is provided by a water heater. Air conditioning and a television are available. There is a car park near the house. A charge applies outside the season and for stays of three days or more.

Placed within a large olive grove, the villa is fully equipped ensuring comfort and relaxing holidays. Following the stone path (no more than 10 meters!) through our olive trees will lead you to the stunning crystal clear water beach. 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, bathroom, 25m2 Veranda and a shady backyard.
