Our house is newly maintained, in two-storey detached, garden and furnished places. As a location 200 meters from the sea. We are at a distance of Ayvalık center, there is a 5-10 minute walking center to Macaron, Palabahce, Talat dessert shop, toaster bazaar. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.

Elegant 2-BR Apt with Pool and Sea Access

This spacious 55 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed—and a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to a large communal pool, an organic farm area, a small gym, and a bar. The beach is a short walk away. Adults only (13+), no pets allowed. Pool season ends November 1st. Ideal for a relaxing stay near nature and the sea.

Mikos - Mansion in the city center

Our traditional Greek stone built mansion is right in the center of Mytilene, just 30 meters from the port. Warm in winter and cool in summer, the mansion has five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and another toilet room. AC is available in two rooms, the others are cooled by fans. We have a solar water heater, living room with fireplace and satellite tv, courtyard, very good wifi.
