Las mejores rutas de senderismo y BTT A 15 minutos de la playa/calas (Costa Brava) y 15 minutos de la ciudad (Girona / Sant Feliu de Guíxols) Disponemos de dos zonas exteriores de jardín, una parte con cèsped y la otra con barbacoa y zona para comer en el exterior. Jacuzzi exterior en invierno y piscina en verano Aparcamiento para dos vehiculos en el interior de la parcela. Te encantarà. Disfrutaras, vengas con quien vengas. No lo dudes

Unser Ferienhaus liegt im Süden der Gemeinde Tossa de Mar in einer sehr ruhigen privaten Urbanisation. Es bietet Ihnen einen tollen Meeresblick, einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Pool mit separatem Kinderpool und eine komfortable Ausstattung für max. 6 Personen. 2 Strände vor Ort können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Schlafzimmer wurden im April 2026 renoviert, die Küche im Oktober 2023. Das Haus liegt direkt am Küstenwanderweg (Sender Mediterrani), der auch Teil des Jakobsweges ist.

Proche de toutes commodités idéal pour toute la famille, tous les commerces nécessaires pour votre séjour dans un rayon de 150 m. De plus pour les enfants: zone de jeux ( mini golf, lunapark, fêtes foraines) Barbecue, mise à disposition en supplément Spa en fonction des restriction.
