• Villa Mia is the ideal place for vacation and work in a quiet and private environment. • A separate housing unit of 50 square meters with a private entrance, on a plot of about 1.5 dunams and a garden over one dunam. • Private large pool 13.5 X 6 meters for our guests only. • The garden is fenced with a very high hedge that gives maximum privacy • It comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double pull-out sofa bed, a flat screen cable TV, A/C and free WIFI + NETFLIX, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Urn and Shabbat hot plate for our religious guests. • Vila Mia is perfect for a relaxing vacation in the unforgettable area of Caesarea, one of Israel's famous and ancient sites, a stunning archaeological and tourist site, perfectly situated between Tel Aviv (30 minutes’ drive) and Haifa (30 minutes’ drive). From there you can also tour the north of Israel. The Sea of Galilee is about 90 minutes’ drive away. • There are a lot of attractions in the area: including the, where you can enjoy a walk among the ruins at the ancient port city of Caesarea , dine at a gourmet restaurant overlooking the sea, visit Rally museum, practice your Golf or Tennis skills or enjoy water sports or horse riding activities on the beach. Amazing views from this spacious house

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It is the upper floor of a private house with a private entrance. Very easy access from the street. Plenty of free parking. You will definitely enjoy the balcony off the living room overlooking the Galilee mountains and the northern sea shore. In the living room there is a large, 65”, TV with Netflix, Israeli channels and more. Self check in (at 3:00 pm) and checkout (at 11 am). Please let us know if you will need one or two bedrooms.

בימים מתוחים אלו, לשמחתינו אנחנו זוכים כאן, באופן יחסי לשאר הארץ, לשקט בטחוני. חמסההה!!! למעשה מזה ימים ולילות רבים לא היו אזעקות ואנחנו ישנים לילות שלמים. בביתינו הצמוד ישנו מרחב מוגן מרווח ונעים עם גישה נוחה ומהירה. בנוסף היחידה נמצאת על מדרון מאחורי שני קירות תמך ובמפנה דרומי, כך שבפני עצמה היא באיזור מוגן. הישוב מאובטח בסיור ונצפה במצלמות אבטחה. במידה ותחול הסלמה פתאומית באיזור שלנו ספציפית, ינתן החזר מלא גם במסגרת מדיניות הביטולים הרגילה שלנו, עד רגע הביקור עצמו. עם ישראל חי!!

This private suite is a simple specious studio which is a new Extension of an old house with black stone wall. My great grand parents lived here as one of the first 8 original houses in Kinneret, from the 1908th . The space is part of the house with its own entrance- an outdoor terrace where the kitchen/entrance area is and an outdoor bathtub. The house is located 400 meters from the sea of Galilee (across road 90).
