Suwanerenity

Check out this beautiful 2 bed/2bath escape situated at the end of a long private driveway on the tip of a secluded peninsula, and sandwiched between the majestic Suwanee river and a lovely cypress swamp. House is a comfortable 2/1 on a half acre with 270ft of Suwanee river frontage. Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. Welcome to our newly renovated vacation home right on the stunning, crystal-clear, spring fed Rainbow River where modern luxury meets natural wonder. Paddle upstream to the head spring and other natural springs or downstream to Swampy’s Restaurant on the river. Enjoy river views and sightings of playful otters from almost anywhere on the property. The screened-in porch and spacious yard are ideal for relaxing and entertaining, offering a blend of elegance and laid-back riverside charm.

River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Suwannee River Retreat

Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.
