We are located on Commercial St, Kaniva, within 5-minute walk from the Commercial Hotel, Club Hotel, the Kaniva Community Roadhouse, and the town centre. All our rooms are equiped with tea, coffee, reverse cycle air conditioning, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing facilities, ensuite bathroom, TV and DVD player. Free WIFI internet access is available to all rooms. Password can be found above the bench on the wall.

The Grand Hotel Millicent is a great old style pub full of charm and character. The accommodation rooms are upstairs and have recently been redecorated. This room is comfortable and spacious; being a hundred years old the rooms aren't air conditioned. The updated bathroom is down the hallway and shared.
