It is a first floor apartment. It has one main room which is a bedroom. It has an office room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The space has a printer, wifii, alarm, wardrobe. It can comfortably accommodate two people on queen size sofa-bed. I have a sore back myself and the sofa (Although it is a sofa) is extremely comfortable. It supports your back very well. So please do not worry about bed being uncomfortable.

In summer time there is a nice beach by the lake and also some good spots for fishing. we have a nice cat. she stays outside, but sometimes come for the rest inside.
