This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Private entrance and patio with fenced backyard (open staircase entrance) green space. 5 minute walk to North island college, Hospital, Aquatic centre and more. 28km to Mt. Washington alpine ski resort. Cumberland mountain biking, Downtown Comox, walking trails, beaches and many amenities. Extremely safe and quiet neighbourhood. Suited best for two people but offers a Haida bed for 2 additional guests.

Peaceful Parkside Cottage

Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

We love staying in Airbnbs and always wanted to host. Our 750 sq ft carriage home is located minutes to Comox and the beach. We are 3 kms from the airport and 40 kms to Mt. Washington. There is so much to do in the valley and we hope you will relax here after a day of exploring. We are happy to share our local knowledge. We are not pet friendly as we foster animals (service animals are welcome). We share the back yard, but it’s spacious and you have your own patio and entry gate.
