The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

We've put a ton of thought into everything from the layout to the decor to the things that make for a great night of sleep and a comfy space. You'll love this home! Please note the backyard and laundry room are spaces shared with other guests. Both have locking doors between them so all interior space is private. The bedroom and full bathroom are located upstairs.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

This comfortable space is close to local hospitals UAMS and Arkansas Children's, as well as convenient to the neighborhoods of Hillcrest, Heights, SOMA and Downtown. Studio floorplan gives adequate privacy yet keeps open, airy feel. Large walk in shower, washer and dryer in unit, and high speed wifi complete the amenities to make sure you can work and play comfortably. Electric car charging station is a few blocks away. Popular local restaurants, dive bar and coffee nearby.

Quiet little farm stay in Austin - pet friendly

If you love to be greeted by friendly, nosy sheep then this is the place for you! Welcome to our little farm, we love when guests feel at home in our little farmhouse. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The A-frame cabin is thoughtfully designed to maximize space without sacrificing amenities.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Small studio (#4) in the heart of SOMA

This small apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, separate desk/work area, full kitchen, and full bath. We live on the first floor and rent three apartments upstairs. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.
