This boutique cottage is located in East Barsham, a small village nestling in quiet, rolling countryside less than 3 miles from the market town of Fakenham, with excellent access to the North Norfolk Coast at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham. The area is renowned for its bird watching opportunities with Cley and Titchwell within easy reach.

The barn was converted and finished to an exceptionally high standard in 2016, and it's design means that there are some outstanding features found within the property. Garden Barn is a perfect self catering bolt hole for two with spacious open plan sitting room with two comfy sofas & log burner. There is a well designed hand built kitchen & bathroom, all with underfloor heating. Climb the stairs & sleep under the eaves in a comfy king size bed & luxury linen. Across the lawn there is our Little Barn which is often booked together so that couples can enjoy separate accommodation. There is Wifi but can not be guaranteed due to rural setting.
