The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance. Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop/post office. The” Cathedral in the Peak” Tideswell is just 0.6 mile away. Beautiful walks,cycling and relaxation await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

The Red Lion serves great food & the local shop sells homemade and local goods are both 1/4mile away. The nearby village of Tideswell has more shops, pubs & cafes. Bakewell, Buxton, Castleton & Chatsworth are all within easy reach as well as stunning countryside walks & beauty spots.

It has beautiful views across the valley but is within a short walk of excellent pubs, restaurants and cafe. Walking and cycling from the door or a short drive to all the Peak District attractions.

A beautiful space with exquisite views set at the iconic viewpoint of Monsal Head. This is the perfect base to really enjoy all that the Peak District has to offer- including the most epic view of all at Monsal Head and the Headstone Viaduct. ** Pets allowed on request ** Located at Hobb’s Cafe so you have a quaint little cafe right next door!
