"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Na Banya is a typical Majorcan house, with natural stone walls, surrounded by a plot of 1 hectare. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with fireplace. The terrace, the pool area and the barbecue will be the center of your vacations. On the farm there are farm animals which can be visited. The finca is located near the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. It has good connections to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches nearby.

La Villa Es Garrover esta ubicada en la falda de una montaña con vistas al mar. Es el punto ideal de salida para hacer senderismo. Hay una vía verde de unos 30 km que une los pueblos más cercanos. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
