It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).
