Non è facile trovare un posto così ricco di storia e unico nel suo genere. Villetta stile Liberty con vincolo storico culturale interamente disegnata e decorata dall'artista siciliano Sebastiano Pennisi che dedicò cinque anni della sua vita al decoro dell'immobile. La villa é attorniata da mezzo ettaro di agrumeto (pompelmi, mandarini, arance, annone, melograni); nel viale si contano undici palme e giganti cycas. Il viale di Villa Russo è condiviso con il ristorante adiacente dal 1/11 al 31/05.

Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
