Welcome to a charming, custom tiny home surrounded by a small urban farm. The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. The atmosphere outside and inside is classic well-kept-downtown-Lodi with beautiful streets and kind friendly neighbors. Super fast wifi. Petite fireplace. Inside laundry stocked with soap & softner. Kitchen comes with all utensils too cook while you stay. After touring the town come back and relax in this charming little cottage.
