Bienvenue dans notre maison de famille, une ancienne fermette de village typique de la Charente, rénovée (partiellement) par nos soins. Située à Paizay-Naudouin, à quelques km de Ruffec, c’est une maison conviviale et chaleureuse. Elle offre un cadre paisible, sans vis-à-vis, parfait pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis. Rénovée dans le respect de son caractère authentique, la déco chinée lui donne un charme un peu brut. La maison fait 200 m² et peut accueillir jusqu’à 8 personnes

Notre gîte La Marceline aménagé en 2020 se situe dans une maison indépendante orientée plein sud, ouverte sur un bel espace arboré, au coeur d'un petit village. La surface habitable de 60 m2 pour 2 personnes se compose notamment d'un espace cuisine-séjour très lumineux, d'une chambre avec salle de bain attenante. En face de la maison, un préau est à disposition ainsi qu'un parking. Pour vos courts ou plus longs séjours, de vacances ou professionnels, vous trouverez ici calme et confort!

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Large communal area with billiard/pool table, a cosy seating/meeting area with log burner for cooler evenings. Note the pool is open from May 15th until September 30th. Access to Angouleme 45 minutes, Cognac 1 hour, Future-Scope 1.25hrs, Valley de Singe 45 minutes, Poitiers airport 1 hour.

Entièrement rénovée par nos soins il y a quelques années et remise au goût du jour depuis peu pour vous accueillir, cette maison de 80 m2 prévue pour 5 personnes n’attend plus que vous, pour vos vacances, week-end entre amis ou vos déplacements professionnels. Remarque : les réservations au mois ne concernent pas les mois de juin, juillet, août.
