Centrally situated, it's a few minutes walk from the harbour, marina, 2 gorgeous sandy beaches and local restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. The famous Moray Golf Club with 2 18 hole courses is just 2 minutes drive away.

The cottage faces the East Beach, with beautiful views from the garden where you can watch the waves crashing and spot seals, dolphins & local wildlife from our outdoor seating area.

Set in the lovely town of Lossiemouth, this wee house is terrific for a relaxed time out by the sea. With a great and spacious open plan living room/ kitchen and stunning sea views from the main bedroom, our home is the perfect place for some time out, surrounded by fresh sea air and in a very comfortable and relaxed house. Our cleaning rating was affected in 2024 by cleaners who did not care for the property. We found out the job was not getting done, we have resolved this issue 😊
