Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Recently refurbished 200 year old cottage. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property. Is also has a double sofa bed so has the potential to sleep 6 people. It is a 20-minute drive to Kilkenny City which has endless restaurants and tourist attractions. It is situated 1 mile outside the small village of Mullinahone in Co. Tipperary. The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

Nestled within the Slievenamon mountains, this cosy countryside apartment offers the perfect escape with your own private hot tub (available for €30 per night- payable on arrival. Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you would like to use) fire pit, or spend the evening in our cave bar. The apartment follows a traditional layout featuring an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting area, and bedroom with a double bed. Clover Hill Cottage is a beautifully renovated property on the grounds of Bayly Farm, an old Georgian Farm House nestled in the idyllic ambience of the Tipperary countryside. Tastefully decorated, the cottage boasts a number of amenities that seamlessly blend with its traditional feel, along with beautiful woodland walks/fishing spots on site. Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.
