Beautifully renovated suite in owner-occupied traditional shotgun house, filled with art. We are 10 minutes from the French Quarter and a 5 minute walk from Jazz Fest. The unit offers separate entrance, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, keyless entry, queen bed with memory foam mattress, and front porch, in a friendly Mid-City neighborhood. Contains mini-fridge, Keurig coffeemaker, microwave, and filtered water. Walking distance from terrific corner groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and Blue Bike rental.

Two miles from the interstate, The Barn is on three acres of peaceful private property. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. It is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Courtyard Apartment by Convention Center

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.
