Access to my place will be through the alley , which is a wide and clean alley. Children and pets welcome. With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this small, cozy home. The space includes refrigerated air, washer and dryer, wi-fi, cable tv, complete kitchen for cooking, microwave, grill, porch swing, patio table and chairs, shady fenced yard, covered carport and patio, clothes line, iron and ironing board, 55 " tv in living room and one bedroom has a small tv. The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

Food Truck Court with Breakfast Burritos & Hot Tub

Food Truck Court offers breakfast burritos and it is a detached building meaning it’s totally separate from main house. It also has a new QUEEN SIZE BED It has private parking with a private entrance and a small back yard with privacy hot tub. It’s located in the center of towns witch makes accessing everything convenient. Including Lake Carlsbad which is a 5 min drive.

Dia de Muertos

This unique place has a style all its own. Today's Día de los Muertos celebrations are a mash-up of pre-Hispanic religious rites and Christian feasts. This old Church building is the perfect setting to rest your head while you enjoy all Carlsbad has to offer. This charming apartment has a lovely bathroom as well as access to a great courtyard with grill and fire pit.

Brick Haven Villa-No pets

This is an older home that has been remodeled/partially renovated. Not perfect but cozy. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rules!

La Fuente #2

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is close to The Carlsbad Beach and recreation center, as well as grocery store. You do share the backyard with La Fuente (front house) which would be perfect if you have a large gathering and decide to rent out both, you can just retire to your own quiet little space.
