The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -Satellite TV -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. The cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

Baumhaus

Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur. Lass dein Auto vor dem eingezäunten Grundstück stehen und geniesse die Aussicht vom Baumhaus. Es befindet sich mitten in der Natur an einem kleinen Teich. Wenige Schritte entfernt befindet sich ein Sanitärraum mit WC, Dusche, Waschmaschine und eine Küche mit Sitzecke und Kühlschrank. Die Dusche teilst Du mit den Gästen vom Schäferwagen.(Insgesamt 2 Personen). Etwas Abseits gibt es eine Flugvoliere mit Graupapageien.

Ein ruhiger Ort mit kleinen Bauerläden leider kein Geschäft vor Ort 5km in Harmannsdorf Bäcker,Gasthaus Zwei Fahrräder stehen bei Bedarf ebenfalls zu Verfügung.Ein Schutteldienst ab Korneuburg möglich am WE fahren wenig Busse!(10€ pro Fahrt mit der Gastgeberin jederzeit möglich bitte vorher absprechen!)

Das Ortszentrum ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Registrierte Gäste erhalten außerdem einen Gästepass mit zahlreichen Ermäßigungen wie zum Beispiel der ermäßigten Fahrt mit der Schneebergbahn. A big supermarket, asian market and a drugstore are just few steps away. There is also Pizza Dominos, asian and oriental restaurant around the corner. You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.

Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
