The apartment has open plan living with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms The Eaves is perfect for exploring Exmoor National Park renowned for its wildlife, dark sky reserve, harbour, restaurants and pubs. Lynton and Lynmouth has something for everyone.

It has a well equipped kitchen, a slate surrounded shower and bath in the bathroom, a large living/dining room, two double bedrooms and an enclosed courtyard area. It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. The South West Coast Path is accessed just round the corner and the cliff railway to Lynmouth is only a few hundred metres away.
