The house has recently undergone renovations and comes with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, laundry facilities and cosy living room with log burner. Two double bedrooms form the sleeping arrangements and guests can also enjoy outdoor space in the courtyard.

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Beautiful family house with spectacular views from most rooms across the Bristol Channel to Wales and over Lynmouth village.The house is situated directly on the South West coast path on the hill between Lynton and Lynmouth with easy access on foot to both with all their amenities.There are five bedrooms along with two sitting rooms .There is a lovely terrace with a small table overlooking the sea. There is off street parking for two cars.
