The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The Annex 1 Norvic House

Situated in the centre of Sutton on Sea, 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all this peaceful village has to offer including bars, restaurants, take aways, local shops and two small supermarkets. Sutton on Sea is on the East Lincolnshire coast, 3 miles from Mablethorpe, 15 miles from Skegness. There is a beautiful sandy, blue flagged beach stretching for miles; along with nature reserves and observatories. In land are the historic market towns of Alford, Louth and the City of Lincoln.

The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! The high street is only a 1 minute walk, where you will find fish and chip shops, ice cream parlour, Italian restaurant and a 1940s themed cafe. You have the entire house, 5 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, plus a sofa bed sleeping a further 2. Parking for one car on the front. All required beach items for guests to use. A real home from home!
