accogliente e comoda villetta ideale per 4 persone con piccolo giardino di agrumeti e una veranda che si affaccia da un lato sul golfo di makari e dall altro vista sulle montagne con la sua vegetazione ,qui potete godere di aria fresca e tranquillita' ..l'appartamento é munito di tutti i comfort per brevi e lunghi soggiorni..compreso nel prezzo troverete prodotti per prima colazione (latte,fette biscottate,marmellate,biscotti ecc )inoltre la macchina del caffè con apposite cialde .

San Vito Lo Capo Rustico sul mare Monte Cofano

Casa in stile dentro la riserva naturale del Monte Cofano a circa 400 m dal mare con una splendida vista sulla baia di Macari ,contesto naturale esclusivo. La casa era un vecchio rifugio contadino ed è stata ristrutturata con estrema cura dei particolari in tufo e pietra balata. E’ un luogo per veri della natura, relax e privacy. All’esterno il giardino ha vista mare sull'intera baia ed è terrazzato con pietra balata antica e mosaici e una panca in pietra e ceramiche siciliane.

Spazio unico e rilassante per chi desidera soggiornare in una piccola dimora immersa nelle campagne di Scopello. All`interno di una maggiore villa del tutto recintata e con spazi privati. Dista soli 3 min di auto dalla spiaggia di Guidaloca e circa 10 min dal meraviglioso Borgo di Scopello. Piano terra con cucina, bagno con ampia doccia e soppalco con letto matrimoniale.
