With a living area of 190 square meters and four spacious, light-flooded bedrooms, this house offers an extraordinary living ambience – ideal for families or groups with high expectations. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. These bedrooms also share a large balcony with spectacular sea views, where you can enjoy the morning sun or relax in the evening. The fourth bedroom is located on the same level as the living room and pool, with an adjoining fully equipped bathroom. All rooms are equipped with high-quality bed linen, duvets and plenty of storage space in the built-in cupboards to make you feel at home. The exclusive kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, complete set of dishes and all the necessary utensils to prepare everything from quick meals to family dinners. Plenty of storage, stylish work surfaces and a comprehensive range of cooking utensils are provided to make you feel at home. The bright dining area is just off the kitchen and offers ample space for sociable gatherings in style. The living room is cozy and bright, perfect after a day exploring the island. Large panoramic windows provide plenty of natural light and offer a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean. A comfortable living area with a large sofa, armchairs and coffee tables forms the heart of the room. The stylish furnishings combine modern elegance with a cozy atmosphere. For those who also want to work during their stay, a quiet and comfortable workspace is available – ideal for productive hours in the home office. Enjoy a luxurious vacation with your own private outdoor swimming pool of approximately 31 m², measuring around 8 meters in length and 4 meters in width. The pool features a shallow area of about 80 cm and a maximum depth of approximately 1.60 m, making it suitable for both adults and children. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and an elegant lounge area, perfect for relaxing hours in the open air, convivial evenings or a sundowner with a fantastic view. For entertainment, the villa also features a PlayStation 5 with two controllers and a selection of games. The outdoor area invites you to linger with a lovingly designed barbecue area. Whether it’s a cozy barbecue with the family or a convivial evening with friends, every meal here becomes an open-air experience with a view of the Atlantic. The pool can be heated so that you can use it at any time of the year (extra cost). Towels for the bathroom and pool are provided for all guests. The villa has a modern, well-equipped utility room that offers you the comfort you are accustomed to during your stay. A high-quality washing machine and a powerful dryer are available here, ideal for longer stays, family vacations or active days. The villa has free Wi-Fi throughout the property, a wireless Bluetooth speaker for music and private parking in a garage. For warmer days, air conditioning is available throughout the villa. Please note that parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected after 10:00 pm, as the villa is located in a very peaceful area with neighboring houses nearby.

Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.
