A 30’ o Paul da Serra, o Fanal onde pode deslumbrar se com a paisagem a flora, e os percursos pedestres.

O meu espaço é bom para casais, aventuras individuais, viajantes de negócios. Dispõem de duas camas e um sofá-cama, wc, sala de estar, kitchenette equipada com micro-ondas, frigorifico e fogão. A zona é tranquila, perto de restaurantes e a 5 minutos do Shopping, onde dispõem de um grande supermercado.

O estúdio tem cozinha e wc privados e um pequeno alpendre onde poderá descansar e jantar ao ar livre à luz das velas . A casa possui um jardim florido, uma pequena horta que são tratados sem agro-tóxicos e segundo alguns princípios da permacultura. Está localizado em Santo António Funchal, próximo de um grande centro comercial. Sistema de internet melhorado recentemente. Não possuímos sistema de aquecimento no quarto. Os espaços exteriores são partilhados.

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Santana, close to restaurants and a bakery. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). If you require the second room an extra charge of 25€ per night. NOTE: From June 2024, there is a new law that requires all hosts to collect a tourism tax per guest (over 13 years old) per night 2€ with a maximum limit of 7 nights.
