We are located 0.3 miles from Anderson University, 1 mile from down town Paramount theatre. This is a house all to yourself with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each bedroom can sleep two plus additional two for the sofa bed in the living room. There is a small deck with a bbq grill when the weather is nice. This house will feature local artist's artwork through the house because there's so many talent in town we want to share with the world!

You are also within 20 mins or so from Muncie Indiana, home of Ball State University and if you head south the other way, you are 30 mins to Indianapolis.
