Welcome to this tranquil retreat with expansive views on 22 acres just 7 miles south of the quaint village of Cazenovia and surrounded by an abundance of natural wildlife, hiking trails, lakes, forests and ski resorts. The entire lower level guest suite is 600 sq. ft. , Adirondack Mt. inspired theme set on a private dead end road. Hidden among the spruce trees at nearly 2000 ft elevation, you’ll unwind and relax in this peaceful setting. PLEASE READ CAPTIONS below each photo for more details.

Private Entry-1 block to campus+downtown, Clean!

With an excellent location on Broad St. in Hamilton Village, the space is just a block walk to campus or downtown. There is a private entrance to the ensuite on the 1st floor (keyless entry code). It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.

The Main Street Market- I-90 (Utica/ Rome)

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

Conveniently located at the foot of College Hill. It's half a mile to Hamilton and an easy mile-long stroll on the sidewalk to the Village of Clinton. Natural light from banks of windows light the bedroom, which, along with the bath and laundry are on the second floor, accessible by a winding stair. A retro kitchen and a large living/ dining space accented by raised paneling, make this spacious apartment very livable. Outside is a south-facing sun drenched terrace.

Perfect for Colgate University visitors! One bedroom private in-law-style suite in Hamilton, N.Y. located 2.5 miles from campus. Queen size bed in bedroom, and pull-out couch in living room (full) will comfortably sleep four. Air mattress also included in apartment. Apartment has private entrance, kitchenette that includes microwave, hot plate (no stove). Complimentary wi-fi and Roku with access to Hulu and Netflix, bath towels for four guests, and toiletries.
