Dúplex en primera línea de mar

Mi bisabuelo compró el terreno para hacer una pequeña casa de madera en la que su mujer, mi bisabuela, pudiese ponerse el traje de baño en un sitio privado. Era principios del siglo XX y la gente empezaba a nadar simplemente por placer. Finalmente decidió construir una casa y fue así el primer apartamento de playa en el Puerto de Sóller; por aquel entonces todo era campo y pudo elegir las mejores vistas y localización de todo el paseo marítimo.
