The views of the mountains are spectacular! Available locally is good dining, fun tailgate markets and farm tours, and even an excellent local vineyard. The cottage is located only 30 minutes from Asheville with it's world-class restaurants, entertainment and the famous Biltmore Estate.

Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... The Cute Cottage Above the Creek is an ideal getaway destination. Sitting up on the hillside with a great view down onto the creek. The hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day hiking or to warm up after playing or casting a line down in the creek. Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life? Want something comfortable and unique!? This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

Lake View - modern style cottage

This unique place has an all-of-its-own style. It's a short drive to downtown.. just about 5 min. The grocery store is about 3 min. away and the gas station is about a minute and a half drive. The place is great for couples of any age, any occasion, or a small family with up to 2 small children. The living room has a full-size futon and bedding is provided. Good to mention also, that there is no lake but a pond across the street. Fishing is allowed!
