Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Enjoy a breathtaking view at this centrally-located place in Pluzine. This is equipped for a stay of maximum 4 people and offers one king sized bed (which can be easily divided into two single beds) and a sofa bed. An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, facing a vineyard, surrounded by pomegranates and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Located on the second floor, this studio was renovated in April 2023 and offers a cozy bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. It accommodates two guests but may not be comfortable for two on longer stays. Enjoy stunning views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait from the studio’s windows. Guests can also relax on the waterfront terraces with panoramic views of Boka Bay and the nearby islands.
