Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. This is a nicely decorated private efficiency style room great for someone such as a working professional, someone visiting family, or a passerby looking for a simple place to stay. It's a great place for a quick night sleep or even to shower. It's $45 avg/night so don't expect Ritz Carlton service or experience. We are a mom and pop gig and not some real estate firm charging hundreds for a few hours. We price fairly so that people who need a place to stay have an affordable place to stay.

The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

Everything is brand new so you can rest assured your stay will be comfortable. Our kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is also a pull out in the living room. A level 2 EV Charger is available on the property, please request when booking if you would like to use it.
