I Januari 2023 öppnade vi Magnolia House Sollentuna, ett lägenhetshotell mellan Sollentuna C och Kista C, mitt i området alldeles norr om Stockholm City. 40 studios totalt i ett hus som liknar en stor villa med delad uteplats och parkering i ett lugnt villaområde. Vi ligger ca 1,5 km från Sollentuna C. Bussen tar dig dit på 8 min. Detvfinns gemensam lounge och tvättstuga. Vi tillämpar självincheckning, förskottsbetalning och är husdjurs- och rökfria. Husregler ska respekteras för allas trivsel.

Single studio with Balcony

This cozy apartment features modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere creating an inviting space for both short and long stays. The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, combined microwave/oven and dishwasher, making meal prep easy and convenient. Large windows let in plenty of natural light - why not step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee? The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, providing comfort during colder months.

Semi-automatic mini-hotel (#2)

Private hotel room in a mini-hotel with basic standards in a very central location. Clean, fresh and modern. Small private room with two beds and desk in room. Shared bathroom and toilet in hallway. Please note that the room has no windows. Nomad City Hostel is in the immediate city center, just a five minutes’ walk across the bridge from the central station, close to everything. The hostel reception is in the Nomad City Bar, right next to the hostel. The bar is open only for the guests of the Nomad Hostels and hosts pub nights, karaoke nights and other events for our guests regularly. The hostel is perfect for anyone who wants to experience Stockholm’s city life being in the middle of where everything happens.

Triple Studio

This spacious studio for 3 comes with a fully equipped kitchen, appliances include a large fridge and a freezer, a stove, an oven and microwave oven. Enjoy your homecooked meal at the dining table and relax in front of the TV during the evenings. The bathroom has a shower and lovely underfloor heating. Your stay includes free Wi-Fi, a basic channel selection, bed linen, towels, shower & hand soap, as well as weekly and final cleaning. Enjoy your stay!

Private Double Room with Shared Bathroom

This 11 sqm private room is ideal for one to two people, with one 140 cm bed. The room is on the fourth floor and is located close everything in the building. These rooms include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi as well as a small refrigerator, and fold out dinner table/workspace with a chair. You have access to a shared kitchen and dining/living room area and several shared bathrooms and showers. In addition, there is a shared laundry room available.

Vårt hotell ligger mitt i centrala Norrköping, på endast några minuters gångväg från Norrköpings Resecentrum (buss- och tågstation) och city med butiker och restauranger. Här kan du övernatta i ett bekvämt enkelrum, Frukostbuffé ingår. Rummen har sköna sängar och badrum med dusch. På gatan utanför hotellet är det gratis att parkera mellan klockan 20.00­–08.00.
