This is a 3-storey residential building. The 1st floor is parking space and an office. The 2nd floor is the owner’s house. The Penthouse is on the 3rd floor. It has 3 bedrooms with individual air conditioners and 3 full bathrooms with water heaters. The living, dining and kitchen are one big room. It has also a huge veranda with a nice view of the ricefields. It is suitable for a big group of up to 12 people. However, it can also be booked per bedroom if only 2-4 guests with different rate.

Good way to have your legs and thighs exercised. :) 1st and 2nd flrs are commercial areas so there’s a bit of things going on during the day. These does not affect much the 3rd floor though.
