This spacious apartment (3 bedrooms, 4 single beds and 1 kingsize double bed, big living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balconies and roof terrace) is situated on a great location on the peaceful and green island of Burgaz (Antigoni). The place is very suitable to host a family or group of close friends. The tranquil island (no cars) has a good ferry connection both to the European (Eminönü) and Anatolian (Kadikoy and Bostanci) side. On request, we also offer breakfast or dinner on our terrace.

As a location Rasimpasa (Yeldegirmeni), it is at the most central point of Kadıköy, 5 minutes away by walking from all public transportation(marmaray, metrobus,metro,ferry) vehicles.You will also find plenty of lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and art studios to enjoy. Situated on the Asian side of the Boshporus, Kadıköy is known for its artistic and authentic İstanbul atmosphere. Apartment is 1+1 full furnished, has everything you need and is suitable for long-term stays.

Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Our family house in Büyükada (Prinkipo) was built in early 19th century by a Greek architect. Situated in a quite street in lovely Maden district, it's only 10 minutes walk from the center of the island. We have just renovated bathrooms, kitchen and the patio with modern design leaving the historical overall experience and character of the house intact.

Cosy flat @Kadikoy-center (check Guest manual 1st)

70 m²/700 ft² flat, located in the center of Kadikoy district on the Anatolian side. Every means of public transport (metro, metrobus, ferries etc.) are within walking distance. 2 separate rooms+1 double bed+2 couches+kitchen with all the amenities. For 3.5 years I had a tenant in the flat, he left @february 2021, hence no comments received for that time period. :)
