The flat is very near to the seaside, only 2 minutes walking. The minibus street and Marmaray train, buses are only 5 minutes away. There r a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants around. The aria is very quiet, peaceful. Our flat is on the second floor with no elevator. We have 2 bedrooms with a double and a single bed plus a sofa you can sleep on in the living room. No smoking inside, but on the balkony, where we have a table and chairs. We speak in Turkish, Hungarian, English, Italian, French

Step out of the kitchen and into the backyard for a morning cup of coffee. Stroll down to the seaside and explore the largest city park in Istanbul by foot or by bike.

This residence with a breathtaking view is located in a shopping mall called Ritim Istanbul ( you can check my maps). There is a security and reception desk at the entrance; the building has security cameras everywhere. The flat is 3 mins away from the Metro station by walking. You can go to Kadıkoy in 25 mins. Our internet is fiber, the speed will be around 100MPS. We will always be online so that you can ask us anything, and We will help you.

20 minutes to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, close metro

My home in Asian side in the Kartal, Location is very good and safety place. On foot to go metro just 8 min and shopping mall just 5 min. So you can reach anywhere very easy. Also you can take a taxi, bus or metro for europen side, close to Princess ısland, kadiköy, Marmara, Sabiha Gokcen Airport and Kartal pier
