Lillian’s blackberry cabin in Goodhope

Lillian’s Blackberry Cabin is a restored retreat with a story in every detail. Started by my free-spirited, hippie mom in the early 1980s, it sat unfinished for decades. In 2020, we brought it back to life with a renovation, honoring its roots while adding comfort. Today, it’s a peaceful escape to slow down, walk quiet dirt roads, and take in sunset views from the deck. Featured in 417 Magazine, it’s a one-of-a-kind place to unplug and reconnect. About 15 miles SW of Ava on Hwy 76 in Goodhope.

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Our Country Lace Retro Place is a quaint little studio apartment nestled upstairs overlooking our rolling hills of the Ozark’s with abundant Wild Life (which can be scene early in the mornings or late evenings) and foliage ….furnished with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Nija Flip up air fryer oven. Full bath with a furnished hair dryer and linens. Living space includes a king size bed, sofa and a oversized chair. We also have WIFI and our custom made retro TV….

Janie Holler Hide-a-way

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

Cozy Country Studio

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) Our studio is the perfect getaway or stop along your travels. Full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and wi-fi. Enjoy our 1/2 mile nature trail, woodland picnic area with fire pit, & playground! Accommodates up to 3 adults + a baby, 2 adults + 2 children, or 1 adult + 3 children. Cannot house 4 adults. (See bed arrangements!)

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home, Located in the population center of the United States, and is the county seat of Wright county. Hartville is a quiet rural town, that has several eating options, and a nice lake for fishing, or kayaking, also The historical sight of the Civil war battle of Hartville. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you should need to prepare your meals. Laundry provided as well. Come stay awhile, and experience the charm of Hartville.

Unique hand-hewn cabin with architectural salvage

We love rustic design and repurposing old things, especially reclaimed wood and rusty tin which you will find throughout this adorable cabin. Located on our 72-acre farm, this unique cabin was built with hand-hewn oak logs and creek stones off the property. While we did not build the original structure, we’ve spent a great deal of time renovating and painstakingly finishing each detail. We cannot wait to share it with you, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
