Perfect for families to enjoy the MN Lakes. It a great getaway in the Fall and Winter too. Hiking in Fall colors at near by Maple Wood State park is a highlight in our family. Custom- built Barndo at Old 27 Ranch (upper house)

This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. Take a soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, enjoy a game with the family, make s’mores at the fire pit, take a dip in the lake or go ice fishing. Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Hello! We're a small town local MN family hoping to share our Maple Hideaway with others to make memories in. Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Maple Ridge Retreat

A rural home near lakes country in Becker County. 15-minute drive to Detroit Lakes beach and Zorbaz 12-minute drive to Wefest at Soo Pass Ranch 45-minute drive to Fargo/Moorhead Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. *PLEASE NOTE* This property is near Little Cormorant Lake but does not have lake or shore access, however there is a public access with a boat launch one mile south if you’d like to bring your own boat, pontoon, jet ski, etc.

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

Craving a blend of relaxation and fun? Discover rustic charm just 5 minutes from Fergus Falls and the interstate!
