Es una habitación más amplia, con escritorio y una pequeña sala de estar. Forma parte de un espacio con jardines y áreas verdes compartidas, que ofrecen un ambiente tranquilo y privado. Cuenta con hervidor, cafetera, microondas y menaje básico, además de artículos de aseo personal para la llegada. Incluye internet de fibra óptica (150 MB).

La calle donde se encuentra el condominio es de tierra afirmada ya que es parte del Camino Inca, sin embargo, es una calle de acceso vehicular.
