Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Welcome to our cute & quirky Bunkhouse! This simple studio guest suite is set up with one queen size bed, bathroom w/ stand up shower, & coffee station. The entrance to the Bunkhouse is through the Arizona room/Laundry room, which is occasionally used by us or other guests on the property. Once inside, you will have your own private door w/ a keypad lock. This place is perfect for the friendly traveler who loves unique spaces, & doesn't mind meeting a host or fellow guest and saying hello!
