Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Il villino Sunset House si trova in un residence elegante e tranquillo nella meravigliosa Zambrone. A 5 minuti di macchina vi sono varie spiagge tra cui la celeberrima Marinella, detta anche Baia di Paradiso del Sub. All'interno è dotato di ogni optional, vi è un portico arredato, un solarium ed un giardino con barbecue e doccia esterna. Inoltre vi è un box privato chiuso, dove si trova la lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tropea si trova a 10 km.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.

La casa è composta da un piano terra (zona giorno) e da un piano primo( zona notte). Si trova nel centro di Zambrone e si affaccia su una bellissima piazza. A pochissimi metri troverete tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno: Pizzeria, market, farmacia, ufficio postale , tabacchino ecc... Il mare di Zambrone dista a 5 minuti di macchina. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla.
