BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests.

“Low Tide” studio *no cleaning fee!

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

The Seamist Cottage - Converted Historic Barn

Cozy, fully converted historic barn within easy walking distance to the rocky shore of Bass Harbor, a busy lobstering port. An ideal, pet friendly, home base while exploring Acadia National Park. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Two guests maximum, not a suitable space for children. Please keep allergies in mind when booking. No smoking.

Our family is excited to share our tiny house with you! Located on our artist collective farm, this is our favorite place on earth. It’s off grid, cottage core, and has a beautiful & fragrant cedar sauna. We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, an outdoor shower, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and cozy winter movie nights in a bed alcove like on a boat.

Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Duck Cove Apartment

This stand along cottage is on the same property as owner's home and includes 1 parking space. 2 bedrooms with full bath, laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen. House abuts Acadia National Park; Seal Harbor Beach and carriage roads are easy walking or biking distance! Only 12 minutes to Bar Harbor and 5 to Northeast Harbor.
