Orchard house is a very cozy, functional and spacious tiny home with attached greenhouse and detached outhouse (compost toilet). You will love the creative feel of custom woodwork and natural light that gives it the intimate appeal of a home, yet also a personal retreat. Folks have described the place as ‘perfect’ and ‘dreamy’. We will be raising faith goats in spring 2026 Orchard is 22 minutes drive to Asheville and close to nature. All the really cool - small towns are nearby such as: Asheville, Weaverville, Mars Hill, Marshall, Hot Springs & More! Also, you will find lots of Seasonal Fun nearby such as: Hiking, Rafting, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Golfing, Biking, & more! The Nest, a mountainside retreat

The Nest is tucked into a grove of hemlocks, high above the creek and valley below. All types of vehicles have made the trek up the driveway, but we recommend 4-wheel drive. The seclusion of The Nest is unmatched and this tiny modern marvel comes with all you ask for, and so much more. Less than 25 min to downtown Asheville and minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Marshall and Mars Hill. Enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, and zip lines. The new hot tub is not yet photographed.

Snowbird treehouse

A 10ftx10ft treehouse built around a hickory tree with a wood deck. It looks over a creek 30 feet below. There are electric switches/outlets and fan/oil heater. Climb a ladder to the sleeping loft with a standard full size bed. The loft has a peak high enough to stand up under. Cook outside on gas grill. No running water but there's a drinking water dispenser. The bathroom is a composting toilet and outdoor shower with solar tank at the end of a 25ft path, adjacent to the treehouse.

Annie the Airstream | Mountain View & Goats!

Come stay with us in beautiful Appalachia! Annie is our renovated 1977 Airstream Argosy. She has traveled the US, but has officially retired & ready for more memories! Early-risers grab your coffee & enjoy the breathtaking sunrise rising behind the mountains, hang with our goats, sheep, ducks & chickens or relax in the hammock under the willows. At night have a fire, make s’mores & gaze at the stars! We are 12 minutes from downtown Marshall, 30 minutes from Asheville & Hot Springs!
