Living room has a bed-sofa for 2 combined with equipped kitchen. Separate bedroom has a double bed. Balcony is stretched along both rooms and facing the sunset. Secured parking behind a locked gate for 1 car is included. The apartment is on 2nd floor looking on the house, but feels like 3rd floor, when taking the staircase in the house (no elevator)
