Nowy, jasny dom (140 m2) w sercu zielonej Warmii. Dom znajduje się na działce o powierzchni 2500 m2, z malowniczymi widokami na pagórki i lasy. Siedlisko jest położone we wsi Ruś, 7 km od Olsztyna, na wzniesieniu, w sąsiedztwie kilku domów. Przestronny salon, kuchnia, kominek, sauna, duży, jasny taras, grill, duży ogród, huśtawki, hamaki, stół do tenisa stołowego. W domu są cztery sypialnie mogące w pomieścić do 11 osób (3+3+3+2). Dwie łazienki (każda z WC i prysznicem) i dodatkowa toaleta.

Zafunduj sobie odpoczynek i wyciszenie. Zapraszamy do magicznej wsi Łajs, na granicy Warmii i Mazur, pośród lasów i jezior. Do Łajsu prowadzą 3 leśne drogi. Brak tu asfaltu, nie ma sklepu ani baru. Tutaj zachwyca szum lasu, zachody słońca nad jeziorami, czysta woda i to coś, czego nie spotkacie nigdzie indziej. To miejsce zasługiwało tylko na piękne domy, w których są sny a wokół sosny. Sąsny to dzieło rodzinne. Domy wpisują się w lokalną architekturę jednocześnie gwarantując komfort i wygodę.

Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

Welcome to a new, all-season holiday home in Masuria. The house has 160m2, a large living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna and a terrace. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

Sie verfügt über ein Bett im separaten Schlafzimmer (160x200) und eine Schlafcouch in der offenen Wohnküche. Außerdem steht Ihnen ein privates Bad und sowie eine eigene Terrasse zur Verfügung. Dom z 5 sypialniami dla 10 osób. Salon z kominkiem połączony z kuchnią. W Stodole jest sala bilardowa z kominkiem. do domu przynależy bardzo duży drewniany taras z jacuzzi (czynnym w sezonie letnim), leżakami, kanapami oraz zewnętrzna jadalnią. Stodoła znajduje się w dużym ogrodzie do wyłącznego użytku gości, z dostępem do stawu z pomostem. W domu jest bezpłatne Wi- Fi. Stodoła jest miejscem przyjaznym alergikom, dlatego zapraszamy do niej bez zwierzaków.

Entspannung in Masuren

Ihr wohnt in einem freistehenden Holzhaus separiert vom übrigen Hof. Natur pur. Von der Terasse habt ihr einen großartigen Fernblick auf die hügelige Wiesenlandschaft. Dort genießt Ihr auch die Sonnenuntergänge. Zum Hofbereich sind es 25 m, dort könnt Ihr auch den Wintergarten und die Bar sowie die Seeterasse nutzen. Beheizt wird das Haus mit einem Kaminofen, der durch Luftzüge auch die obere Etage versorgt. Dafür müsst Ihr Euch um die Befeuerung kümmern.
